Application:

BV68/80 series are the heavy cutting vertical machining center products used to machine heavy parts, featuring large bearing capacity, strong rigidity, strong cutting force and high stability. The machine tool has various configuration and wide application.

Features:

-  High loading capacity

   The supporting parts of machine tool such as body, column, spindle box, sliding plate and workbench are cast by resin sand of high strength and quality casting. The machine bed is wide and solid, with the width of 2400mm and weight of about five tons. The sliding plate is wider and longer, and high in loading capacity of 2 tons.

-  Self-manufactured spindle

   Self-manufactured mechanical spindle wins technology patent, which adopts high-quality bearings. It owns stable quality and convenient maintenance.

-  Herringbone-type column

   The column is shaped in herringbone structure with wide span of 1220mm and cross section (810mm×820).

-  Four guide ways supporting structure

   Four guide ways are laid on Y axis, with the most travel of 1520mm, which greatly improve loading capacity and local rigidity of machine.

-  High speed and torque spindle

   High-speed electrical spindle, with rotating speed of 24000r/min, can be adopted, as well as two-speed gear-driven spindle box with torque of 589Nm, for option. The combination between spindle box and Z shaft guide rail can be achieved by four or six sliding blocks.

-  Automatic tool changer (ATC)

   50# or HSK63A short-taper-holder cam tool magazine is optional, and the tool magazine capacity is 24 tools or 32 tools. The tool changer is fast, accurate, reliable and durable, which improves the machining efficiency.
