Application:

BV55 series product is the extended vertical machining center of the new generation upgraded on the basis of BV series product. The series is featured by outstanding appearance, high rigidity and excellent stability, and can greatly improve the machining efficiency and quality of parts. With wide application, it can meet the machining requirements of different materials in various industries.

Features:

-  Self-manufactured spindle

   The only self-manufactured mechanical spindle with national technical patent uses high-quality bearing and presents excellent rigidity. BT40 tool holder can be used by standard, as well as BT50 for option.

-  Herringbone-type column

   The column is shaped in herringbone structure with wide cross section size, which adequately ensures the structural rigidity and junction rigidity.

-  Interior and exterior chips conveyors

   Two automatic chips conveyors, interior and exterior, are applied. The machine is equipped with chip collecting water recovery slot on its two sides and can convey chips to back of machine.

-  Large-power torque motor

   Spindle motor has large torque, with standard motor power of 9/11kw and torque up to 114.6Nm.

-  Screw with high-rigidity and high-speed

   Special coupling technology is adopted for the connection of lead screw and motor, resulting in small rotational inertia, no clearance, high rigidity and rapid speed. The cutting feed speed can reach up to 20m/min.

-  Large span width of Y-shaft guides

   The span of Y-shaft guide rail is increased to 889mm, which eliminates the gravity overturning during the movement of X-shaft.

-  High-rigidity complete machine

   Machine bad adopts excellent resin sand casting, and the overall machine is very heavy with the net weight of 8,000-9,500kg, which ensures its high rigidity and high reliability.
